公司现招聘如下三个职位：

Project Manager:

We require someone who has experience across a broad range of substantial projects predominately in high rise apartments with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and most importantly within budget. A minimum 3+ years on commercial/apartment projects as a Project Manager is a must as is a “can do” attitude.

Site Foreman:

Experience in multi-residential projects
Demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills
Capable of solely managing and co-ordinating complex developments and ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience in suspended slab construction, Piling, Deep excavation, Podium Slab, Block & concrete structures
Minimum 1+ years experience.

另本公司旗下地产管理公司需要strata manager一名：
(至少一年工作经验）
Qualifications in Body Corporate Management (ideal) and a knowledge of current legislation
Demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of properties and experience in interpreting financial data
Business development and networking skills to attract new business
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills to build and maintain relationships, solve problems and negotiate effectively
Strong administrative skill with a high attention to detail
Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in strata software (ideal)
A great, team focused personality
