并不是，确诊的需要14天后，没有症状，并且测试阴性才全痊愈

不需要测试阴性，只要14天以后就可以出门。确诊的小册子上面说的。

If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 the designated health practitioner will
decide whether you need to go to hospital for assessment by a medical practitioner
determine how long you will need to be in isolation
confirm a residence or suitable place for you to be in isolation – and you must provide the address and contact phone number to them
provide medical clearance when you can leave isolation.


How will I know when I will be released from isolation?
The NSW Health clinical team will tell you when you may be released from isolation. They will contact you at the end of your isolation period to confirm if you can be released. Most people don't need to get a test to be released from isolation.

之前新闻发布会有说过，阳性的需要没有症状，并且测试阴性才可以解除隔离。基本上是case by case 的。除非现在标准又变了
