We are currently seeking energetic and hardworking Account Manager/Sales Team Leader to join our fast-paced and busy team and manage our great clients along with bringing heaps more in! Reporting to the State Manager you will be required to grow a great portfolio of accounts and consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented, self-starter, motivated during busy and quiet times, loves a challenge and most importantly LOVES to SELL and work with people from ALL walks of life.

Your daily duties will require a split of account management, business development and team management:

Lead Sales team and consistently deliver on sales targets and KPIs.
Be responsible to work with the customer from quoting through to order dispatching on a daily basis.
Be accountable to effectively manage and most importantly grow all new and existing accounts that will sit within your portfolio.
Effectively liaise with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure we are able to provide our customers with all stock and support they require.
Effectively communicate with customers on a daily basis to provide them updates on current order statuses, negotiate pricing and securing forecasts and future pipelines.
Develop interest and switch customers to Sunova Group core brands from competitor alternatives.
Provide excellent business and personal support to ALL customers.
Effectively report sales updates and progress to the State Manager.
Continually remain up to date and abreast of all technical information from existing to new products and future technology within the solar industry.

Core Skills you need to succeed in this role:
MUST have relevant experience within the Solar/PV Industry.
Experience managing a successful sales team.
Minimum 2 years of selling experience with a proven track record to grow company revenue.
Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work in a professional but fast-paced environment.
The ability to engage stakeholders and influence relationships.
A proficient and strong communicator to all internal and external stakeholders.
STRONG presenter and ability to influence prospects no matter the stage in the purchasing cycle.
Experience to effectively use CRM and ERP platforms.
Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to make fact-based and profitable decisions.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office.
