What You’ll Do Develop and Execute Strategies: Plan, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter). Develop cross-channel strategies for multiple brands, focused on awareness, engagement, and conversions. Content Creation and Scheduling: Create engaging, brand-specific content and maintain a consistent posting schedule. Manage and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to maximize ROI. Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and continuously improve campaigns to achieve performance goals. Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights. Performance Analytics: Generate reports, analyze campaign data, and present performance outcomes with recommendations. Implement tracking solutions (pixels, tags, and goals) to ensure accurate attribution and reporting. Community Engagement: Monitor social media platforms, respond to community interactions, and build brand loyalty. Maintain consistent tone of voice and uphold brand reputation online. SEO and Web Management (Optional) : Support SEO initiatives and website content management to align with marketing objectives. Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure websites are optimized for both search and user experience. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with design, development, and account teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing marketing campaigns. About You Experience: Open to entry-level candidates with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Marketing, as well as professionals with relevant experience. Skills and Certifications: Google Ads Certification (required). Meta Ads Certification (required). Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and campaign management tools. Strong understanding of paid media strategy across Google and social platforms. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized. Able to manage multiple brands and prioritize effectively.
