We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EV Charge SALES to join our company's business development team. As an EV Charge SALES, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure business by identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. You will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the rapidly evolving EV charging market and contribute to the transition towards sustainable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the EV charging market.
Conduct market research to identify target segments, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share.
Build a robust sales pipeline and manage the end-to-end sales process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including utilities, property developers, fleet operators, and other relevant stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their EV charging needs.
Provide ongoing support and act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client base.
Strategic Partnerships:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, such as automotive manufacturers, energy companies, and government entities.
Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and innovative business models.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to foster relationships and stay updated on market trends.
Market Intelligence:

Stay abreast of the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the EV charging industry.
Analyze market dynamics and provide insights to inform product development and business strategies.
Monitor competitors' activities and benchmark our offerings against industry standards.
Reporting and Analytics:

Track and report on key sales metrics, business development activities, and revenue forecasts.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the EV charging, renewable energy, or automotive industries.
Strong understanding of the electric vehicle market, charging infrastructure, and associated technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed business decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
