Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support to the Account Manager in managing client accounts
• Assist in the creation and execution of account strategies and plans
• Liaise and negotiation with our suppliers, follow through the whole processing stages which includes: prepare samples, gather price and quotations, artwork, sampling, production schedules and delivery arrangements
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and client presentations
• Prepare and deliver reports on account performance and progress
• Collaborate with internal teams both local and oversea, to ensure seamless communication and project delivery
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
• Assist in the development of proposals and pitches to potential clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in account management or customer service is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
