About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Customer Service Officer to join our team in Sydney. You will join a friendly and supportive team that has a wealth of industry experience and is dedicated to delivering amazing customer service and will support your professional growth and career.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will work to support our local customer service team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will maintain and develop relationships with our clients, while assisting our customers with their enquiries and helping to complete their bookings.

To be successful in this role you will:

Be well organised and adept at managing your time, with proven experience in meeting deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Be an excellent verbal and written communicator, with a demonstrated passion for delivering world-class customer service.
Enjoy working both in a team and independently.
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Have a general interest and knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry. Prior experience is desirable, but not essential.
