About the role


We are seeking a contractor who is experienced and well-presented to complete entry and exit condition reports, routine inspections, private and open for inspections in and around the suburbs of Melbourne.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Have Agents Certificate (Desirable)
Reliable vehicle and valid driver license -Essential
Professional appearance
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Skills to learn property management knowledge and software
Good customer service and sales skills
