Experienced Head Chef for Japanese Restaurant WANT
We are currently seeking hard-working and punctual chef to join our team. The position will require availability over public holidays and weekends.

Necessary skills and qualifications:

At least 3 years Japanese Restaurant Chef experience
Experience creating Japanese Cuisine
Cost and waste management of all foods
Good communication and team-management skills
Positive and passionate attitude


Our key roles and responsibilities will include:

select ingredients and develop menus and recipes
Inventory Management and liaising with suppliers
supervise cooks and other food preparation workers
hire and train staff, and ensure that all sanitation and safety standards
