This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and passionate sales team with a fast-growing national flooring group.

As a Sales Executive, we want you to succeed in your career goals. We will provide the necessary tools and training for you to achieve this. You will also have access to experienced sales professionals who will mentor and guide you to grow within your role.

Your week will include 60% showroom sales, 20% B2B sales and 20% admin related tasks.



The key responsibilities of this role will be:

Providing a professional customer experience
In store and On Phone lead generation and Prospecting
Provide quotes to customers whilst they are in the showroom from floor-plans
Follow up with customers in a proactive and professional manner to convert sales
Develop and maintain a robust B2B sales pipeline
Develop an exceptional product knowledge to better assist customers
Admin tasks such as ordering of stock and following up customers for payments.

门店拥有大量的亚洲客人群体，门店位于SpringVale Homemaker Center(跟IKEA在一个建筑里）。地毯销售是一个简单但又涉及到很多领域的工作，需要前期跟客人建立好关系，所以需要流利的英文基础；之后还需要跟厂家联系订货，跟安装工安排安装日期等等；需要有一定的ｍｕｌｔｉｔａｓｋ　能力，还要有足够的耐心。不需要有之前的相关经验，但一定要肯学，并要自觉主动的不断学习。上手以后是一个相对轻松的工作，一周上五天班，其中包括周末。工资直接由总部Payroll每周发，正规年假，病假，Super..（需要近期就可以开始上班。）
