Job tasks and responsibilities Responsibilities include looking after the whole set of books from invoicing, payables, receivables, payroll, bank reconciliations and BAS lodgement. You will also be placing orders with factories, tracking the progress of the orders and will be required to communicate with the factory via email and phone. The role also involves answering local phone calls and customer enquiries. Skills and experience The suitable applicant must have the following experience • Minimum 2 years working experience using MYOB • Experience with invoicing, payables and receivables • Experience with payroll • Stock control • Bank reconciliations • BAS lodgements and other tax reporting requirements • Experience with multi-currency transactions • Must have well spoken English to answer local phone enquiries and be able to speak Mandarin to communicate with the factories as required. • Must be able to work autonomously and as a team • Experience with importing and shipping documentation desirable but not essential.
