岗位职责：
1. 全权负责餐厅日常管理工作；
2. 对顾客保证高服务标准；
3.负责前场服务生的培训和管理；
4.对餐厅的预约，日常订货等统筹管理

任职要求：
1.需要口语流利，有良好的服务以及沟通技巧；
2. 有2年以上fine-dining餐厅工作经验优先；
3. 有责任感和领导能力，以及团队协作能力；
4.具有良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力。

工作地点：霍巴特Moonah区商业街中心位置，交通便利，工作氛围和谐，装修环境优良。

FINE DINING RESTAURANT
We are seeking a passionate and driven, well-spoken, and well-presented restaurant supervisor. You will lead our dynamic team in order to create unforgettable dining experiences. This role requires a strong customer focus and would ideally suit a confident enthusiastic individual with well-developed food & beverage skills.

Key Duties
• Assist in day to day operations of the Restaurant
• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction
• Share your knowledge to develop our team members through our training program
• Manage multiple waiter sections, support staff and reservations applications

The successful candidate will:
• Possess proven first-class food and beverage experience as Headwaiter or similar role in fine dining venues
• Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
• Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a dynamic team
• Great energy, flexible approach, and passion for teaching amazing service
