详细信息:FullTime Office Administrator/Bookkeeper
We are expert and highly competent in all aspects of taxation andbusiness accounting. We work together with small to medium family ownedbusinesses, superannuation funds, various entity structures and high net wealthindividuals. We are seeking those who hold a Certificate IV in Accounting andBookkeeping, Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/Degree of Accounting/Businessqualification, or an equivalent international qualification, and would like tojoin our growing Bookkeeper/ Tax Consultant team. Experience with HandiSoft is preferred. Duties will include but not limited to Admin duties, incl. answering phones, data entry and filing Processing Payroll including PAYG withholding, superannuation and other liability reporting Assisting accounting staffto prepare BAS and others reports Preparation of ASIC forms,correspondence and lodgements Liaising with ATO, ASICand other governing bodies Other tasks as required toassist the Manager, accountants, and clients Essential Skills and experience Processing Payrollincluding PAYG withholding, superannuation and other liability reporting Bookkeeping skills Knowledge of HandiSoft,MYOB,Xero, and QuickBooks Knowledge of Microsoftoffice and similar programs Possess excellent writtenand verbal communication skills Time management Attention to detail Ability to workindependently and within a team environment Willing to learn, adaptand grow with the business Good work ethic More than 1 yearexperience in admin or bookkeeper role Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese Benefits Training where required Great culture and support Free parking 有意者请将简历发送至hrh168@hotmail.com
