详细信息:To manage the day to day responsibilities of a Property Management Portfolio.
Tasks/Responsibilities Administrative Prepare all information related to the properties require re-letting to leasing team Cross Checking of the advertisement link once advertisement has gone live Complete New Tenant Checklist prior to new tenants moving in Cross checking documents in PropertyMe and DropBox Preparation of lease agreements, bond forms, Tenant Sign Up Packs, entry and exit reports Develop and update procedural manuals specific to role Train others, as required Lodgement and monitor of insurance claims on behalf of Clients Preparation and lodgement of Tribunal claims on behalf of Clients and attend as their representative Ensure accurate filing of all documents either electronically or in hard copy in conjunction with the Assistant Property Manager Record all appointments in electronic diary Receipt rents as required Answer phone calls as required Participate in resolving Tenancy disputes when and if required Approve invoices for payment Key Skills, Qualifications and Attributes Current Registration Current Drivers Licence Knowledge of relevant legislation Computer literacy Highly organised with excellent time management skills Attention to detail Strong customer service focus and skills Property management knowledge Willing to take responsibility Pride in work Adherence to systems Dispute resolution skills Excellent negotiation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of building maintenance basics Able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive Trust Account knowledge Local area knowledge Please send your resume to email box: Olyvia.Wang@mountleap.com
