About AU Choice

We are an Australian fast-growing online retailer based in Melbourne and Perth. The company is fast growing and the culture is dynamic and rewarding. We are now opening a new warehouse in Sydney southwest suburb and seeking a passionate and professional warehouse coordinator to support the team with the day to day warehouse operations and management.

The successful applicant should have exceptional attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and strong work ethic. This role is well suited to a solid all-rounder that is willing to learn, well organised and enjoys the challenges that come with working in a small yet fast growing environment.

Daily duties include:

- Prepare daily despatch order, make sure all orders are prepared and labelled correctly before dispatch to different couriers, which needs skills with a high focus on accuracy, and ideally have previous experience in the warehouse
- Organise the container unpacking with warehouse staff and manage the inventory storage in the warehouse
- Day to day responsibility for the coordination of warehouse staff
- Front-line customer service including serving customers directly in a call and/or front counter
- Manage customer return and arrange replacement parts sent to client
- Coordinate and participate in regular warehouse stocktaking
- Maintenance of warehouse Plant & Equipment
- Other ad-hoc duties as required

The successful applicant should demonstrate:

- Bi-lingual in English and Chinese
- Applicants must have Australian Residency or full time permanent work rights
- Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- High level decision-making skills and sound planning, organisational and administrative skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and ensure achievement of goals and meet deadlines
- Multi-tasking and handling multiple priorities, be able to work under pressure, change focus quickly
- The ability to work autonomously
- Developed communication and customer service skills (verbal & written in English)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office suite (word, excel)
Flexibility and willingness to help with other office duties
Stability and an interest in a long term position and desire for personal growth and development
- Previous experience in warehouse or administration role

Full time job will start from late March or early April.

Work hours are 9am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday
9am – 1.30pm Friday
12pm-5pm Sunday

Salary commensurate with experience. An extremely competitive salary package will be negotiated to reward experience which will be reviewed annually for the responsibility to achieve key task.
