ABOUT THE ROLE Our online Store team is looking for motivated, outgoing, service-minded individuals who want to offer customers an unparalleled experience. • Are you passionate about the fashion industry? • Are you a creative problem solver with a CAN-DO attitude? • Are you someone that will care for and support our loyal customer base with exceptional service? • Are you excited about finding and implementing new ways to build positive customer outcomes? • Are you well organized with the ability to maintain focus during both quiet and busy times? • Are you familiar with e-commerce platforms? If this sounds like you, and you've had experience in customer service, as part of a small team, we'd love to hear from you. What will you do? • Provide positive and solutions-focused outcomes to customer inquiries, ensuring that you deliver AMAZING to every customer. • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat • Daily use of the online e-commerce & ERP systems to check online orders & customer accounts as required. • Implement positive change to business processes that will result in better customer service and ultimately customer loyalty. • Liaising with and assisting the warehouse team with packing and dispatching orders. • Ensure customers are provided the same exceptional service with returns. • Other duties as required. What qualities you will need? • Critical thinking skills - to anticipate and fix problems before they arise. • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability. • Excellent communication and people skills (super important). • Exceptional written and spoken English. • The ability to be calm under pressure (it can be fast-paced). • The ability to learn from mistakes and implement new processes as a result. • Attention to detail and high standards. Preferred Experience • Experience in a customer service role. • Experience with e-commerce platforms like eBay and Amazon. • Experience with ERPs like Order System.
