Supervising experience with leading a team of 3 or more staff
Carry out OH&S requirements
Experience with LEAN warehousing principles
Experience planning and organizing the day
Exceptional time management skills
People management skills, including the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team of people
Delegating work and explain ideas
Managing workflow
Experience in training new staff members
Experience in creating and managing team schedules
Evaluating performance and providing feedback
Help unload containers as required
Put stock away
Operating a high reach & counterbalance forklift (order picker experience beneficial)
Pick and pack customer orders
Printing labels and assembling some products
Interact with customer service & sales teams to provide stock availability & order updates as required
Interstate & local freight bookings
Helping to resolve issues and errors
Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace
Requirements in a candidate

Worked in a warehouse for at least 2 years
A positive & proactive attitude
Honesty
Competitive nature and motivation to succeed
Great attention to detail
Excellent time management
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic mechanical capability
Intermediate computer skills
The ability to work in high-pressure situations
Ability to lift 25kgs and occasionally more
Eligibility to work within Australia

License:

LF/LO Licence (Preferred)
