工作介绍
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Running of large day and evening conference events ranging from 50-1000 people
2. Preparing for, setting up and running functions and events
3. Coordinate and manage the operations of multiple concurrent events
4. Deliver events that meet budget and expectations
5. Hosting the event if necessary


Qualifications and Experience
Must:
1. Previous experience in the supervision, setting up and running of functions and events
2. Skilled in events management and outcome-focused
3. Excellent organizational skills and very high attention to detail
4. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
5. Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
6. A professional attitude with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
7. Frequent travel required for the role

Preferred:
1. Strong customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
2. Problem-solving skills and diplomacy
3. Budget development experience and ability to work within a tight budget framework
