• Provide shop drawing for client and factory floor
• Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects
• Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for different type of materials
• Ensure timely completion of estimates
• Understand scope of work to bid
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Detailer qualifications and skills
• Be able to use AutoCAD proficiently.
• Able to read Architectural and Structural drawings develop and extract information for shop-draw and estimation.
• Diploma degree or higher in applied science, structural engineering, architecture or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and Australian Standard.
• Team worker, able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
• Impeccable problem-solving skills.
