墨尔本collingwood 招聘internal Sales and Warehouse assistant

We are a fashion wholesaler with a friendly team environment. We are currently looking for someone to fill the position of Internal Sales and Warehouse assistant. Our warehouse is located in Collingwood in Melbourne within walking distance of public transport and with free parking.
The role involves:
· Answer telephone calls and deal with sales inquiries
· Take customer orders
· Prepare and submit quotations
· Pick and pack orders for customers
· Arrange couriers for customer orders
· Deal with customer returns and complaints
· Physical fit to carry customer stock


The successful applicant will have basic knowledge of wholesale merchandise and good computer skills. You will have good interpersonal skills and a pleasant phone manner as they will be dealing directly with our customers. They will also be required to preform basic warehouse duties like picking &packing orders and arranging couriers.
