详细信息:A computer retail company looking for an after-sales service person. Our headquarter are located in Northmead.
Part time or Full time available. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling faulty notebook, computer and component warranty items sent from our 4 retail shops. 2. Process RMA (warranty) orders through company system. 3. Apply and lodge RMA (warranty) case via supplier portal, email or phone. 4. Process replacement or repaired stock receipts and transfers. 5. Co-ordinate and assist as necessary with other data entry and processing tasks. Key Requirements: 1. Good in English, especially in lingual communicate. 2. The ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and colleagues. 3. Strong attention to detail, a systematic and logical approach to tasks. Please send your CV to ra@jw.com.au
