As a company with an outstanding track record in the industry, ABM has a fantastic opportunity for experienced Brand Managers and Marketing Managers to join our Australia head office based in Sydney. About the Role Reporting to the Logistics Director and monitor, control the flow of stock from factories in AU, NZ and other countries to China and HK warehouses It is important that the successful applicant embrace company culture while contributing their own flair and experiences to assist the company's management. Key Responsibilities Co-ordinate all purchase and export processes, working closely with Australian, NZ and international suppliers, customs agents, freight forwarders and local carriers to ensure timely receipt of goods Process orders through company system Process stock receipts and transfers Process invoices and credit notes Preparation of forecast, sales, activity and stock control reports Co-ordinate and assist as necessary with other data entry and processing tasks Key Requirements Mandarin speaker essential Experience with import and export procedures and dealing with customs agents, freight forwarders and local carriers The ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, logistics staff and senior management Advanced computer skills, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook Strong attention to detail and a systematic and logical approach to tasks
