Receptionist / Administration
$40,000 - $50,000

• Working from the front desk- being first point of contact
• Handling customer enquiries 
• Processing paperwork and forms
• Liaising with clients, banks, solicitors, and vendors.
• Strong administrative skills (Microsoft Office and MacOS)
• Ability to self-manage and prioritise work
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent Customer Service Skills


Marketing Administrator
$40,000 - $50,000

• Designing & implementing promotional, marketing, PR, and sales programs, including flyers,
signage, referral programs, advertising, events, etc..
• Taking professional videos and photos for company events, activities, programs and other
company purpose use.
• Managing Realtisan Website and company social media accounts.


Property Manager
$40,000 - $50,000

Managing a portfolio of all leasing properties..
• Liaise with landlords and tenants.
• Adhering to repair and maintenance issues.
• Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections.
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews.
• Manage payments to owners, Strata Levis, Sydney Water and Council Rates.
• Prepare claims for bonds & attend CTTT hearings.


Junior Sales Role / Traineeship
Basic Salary ($20/h above) + Commission

• Passionate about real estate or other relevant investment industry.
• Be immaculately presented and well groomed.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Possess a strong work ethic.
• Be hungry to start a rewarding career.
• Creative, enthusiastic with premium service mentality.
• A high level of motivation and initiative.

Investment Consultant
Basic Salary + Commission or Commission Only

• Hold a valid and current Real Estate Certificate / Licence (essential).
• 2 years solid experience in real estate or other relevant investment industry.
• Be passionate about achieving results.
• Demonstrate the ability to build, develop and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent presentation and superior communication skills.

Sales Manger / BDM
$60,000 - $100,000 + Commission

• Hold a valid and current Real Estate Licence (essential).
• 5 years solid experience in real estate or other relevant investment industry.
• 2 years local experience for sales manager level or equal position level
