Position:
(1) CAD drafter
(2) Administrator



Responsibilities:
(1) CAD drafter
collect architectural and engineering details and specification for shop-drawing
liaising with site coordinator
site measurement

(2) Administrator
liaise with construction site coordinators for site's requirement
monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g electricians)


Required skill:
(1) CAD drafter
AutoCAD
proficient English
related experience (e.g. engineering / construction)
additional: there may be some situations where Chinese communication is involved

(2) Administrator
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in English
