Sydney CBD Senior Accountant

NewStars Education and Migration is a young and dynamic education and migration consultancy firm with five branches located in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Hobart, with our professionalism and technical expertise in serving our clients. We have grown rapidly and generated a vacancy for a Senior Accountant to join our friendly team in our Sydney Office.





Role's Responsibilities:

- Develop business strategies concentrate on financial;
- Build annual budgeting and forecasting;
- Assemble periodic reporting for taxation and treasure;
- Prepare BAS, PAYG Summary and Annual Company tax return;
- Prepare accounting and taxation integration report in future;
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.;
- Provide trustworthy insights for the financial and managerial aspect after periodic report done;
- Frequently auditing the financial positions in groups;
- Guide team members for the future professional knowledge;
- Plan and assign the team work properly.




Role's Requirements:

- Proven industrial (Education or Migration background preferred) working experience as a senior accountant or a relevant role;
- Qualified CPA (or CA), with Three or more years working experience is preferred, tax agent license preferred;
- Leadership skills and your ability to derive high performance in your team is one of your key strengths;
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and accounting softwares;
- Proficiency in English, and Mandarin;
- Management knowledge and related information system knowledge;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Planning skills.
