We have a small private room available in our share-house for $155 per week for stays of 3 months or longer.
The room is carpeted and contains a bed, a desk and lamp, and a comfortable desk chair. You can bring your own furniture if you wish. It does not accommodate a wardrobe.
The house is located 2 kms from the CBD and a 2 minute walk from buses that take you direct to the CBD or Fortitude Valley. It is also 2 minutes to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. A short walk onwards takes you to a Citycat ferry stop offering quick access to the city and universities.
Bond is 2 weeks rent and rent is paid in advance fortnightly.
You have access to a communal kitchen with appliances, fridges, a microwave, dishwasher a gas stove/oven, and a shared washing machine. There are nine bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house and we have a large verandah. There is on street parking available.
We would like someone who is respectful of others in the house and does not smoke. Free WIFI is provided.
