$285/week bills (Electricity roughly $2/day ( share on actual bill), Water roughly $0.60/day ( share on actual bill). Internet $25/ mth. Close to very frequent trams on st kilda rd ( stop 29 Union st) direct to Flinders station (stop 13).

Share apartment with me from China, work full time in a nearby school, i am very easy going, love outdoors and art.
