Logistics Officer and Transport Coordinator

Wiseway Logistics is a fast growing freight forwarding company with our head office located in Sydney and other offices in major capital cities in Australia. We have provided years of logistics services including export and import services as well as transportation and warehouse solutions to our large client base.

The opportunity now arises for a Logistics Officer and Transport  Coordinator to join our Melbourne team.  We are looking for someone who is hard-working and has demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.

The role includes:

Managing and organizing documents
Managing client enquiries
Arranging pick up and delivery for the clients
Co-coordinating with clients and internal staff
Managing drivers 
Ad-hoc tasks
Warehouse management
Transport coordination

Skills/experience needed:

Good communication and organization skills 
Good time management and attention to detail
Demonstrated proficiency in computer usage
MUST have a Bachelor's degree in Australia
