Sean has now setup his own conveyancing practice looking to provide clients with a different type of conveyancing experience – offering both extensive conveyancing knowledge and an unprecedented level of customer service. To take the stress out of buying or selling a property you will receive the following: 1.Regular updated outlining where your matter is currently at along with the next steps in the process; 2.You will have Sean’s mobile number, landline number email address, Wechat ID and we will send you requests on both Facebook and LinkedIn so you will have your choice of communication methods; 3.Same day responses guaranteed - If you call and Sean is unable to answer, or if you contact him in writing any week day before 5.00pm, he will get back to you on the same day - For any calls or written communication after business hours he will usually still respond same day but if not he will get back to you before 12.00pm the following day; - You will be offered directly $50 off your fees if the response later than guaranteed, even only once 4.If at any time Sean is unable to answer your question immediately he will provide you with an exact time by which you can expect him to get back to you with a response. Free Contract Reviews BQ Conveyancing will review up to three purchase contracts for you completely free of charge – we will only charge our fees once you have entered into an unconditional contract to purchase a property. Our Special Fees We have put together the following special fee structure for OurSteps members:: Purchase of registered property (including Strata, Community title) $950 Purchase of Off the Plan or House and Land $1,200 Sale of registered property $900 Note that the above figures do not include disbursements – please contact us and we can provide you with a full cost agreement with an estimate of the total of fees + disbursements. Also, for sale matters we will invoice you after the contract has been prepared and provided to the agent for marketing purposes – this will be $50.00 for our fees (which is included in the figure above) + the searches required to complete the contract.
