Role and Responsibilities:
- A background in Construction/Building or Civil Engineering
- At least has 3 years experience as a Site Foreman on retail or commercial
- Experience supervising trades and running jobs from start to finish
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Time management and organisational skills
- Occasional "hands-on" duties
- Excellent organisational and communication skill
- Co- ordination of sub contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.
- Management of the construction program along with the Project Manager and Construction Manager
