Our cafe is a busy local favourite, with a menu that caters for all. Currently we’re seeking a talented head chef to come onboard. The role is very much hands on with a strong focus on being able to manage a team in a fast paced environment efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will:

- Commercial Cookery Qualifications beneficial
- Strong experience in a previous Chef role
- Ability to handle all sections of the kitchen
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to handle a high volume kitchen
- Ordering and managing stock effectively
- Training of staff
- Have a creative approach in making new dishes that customers will love
- Up to $70k inc super salary package (depending on experience)
