Overview

Bring your well developed, organisational, analytical, people, presentation and communication skillsets with your hunger for success to this role of assistant credit and accounting officer within our professional CPA firm.

Focused on interacting with existing and potential accounting, tax, home loan and wealth
clients to identify and service new sales opportunities for the group. You will be working with a team of highly experienced professionals including accountants, mortgage brokers and financial planners.

Job's Role
The assistant credit and accounting officer role is a newly created role in the company. Its main mission is to service existing accounting, tax, home loan and potential clients to achieve the assigned financial targets.

This also include promoting the company's professional services in accounting, tax and home loan by providing consistent accurate, value added information to clients, handling client's enquiries and delivering excellent service through communication, analytical and team work.

It is imperative you are able to multi task, able to handle stress, and more importantly to have a very good analytical mindset to prioritise the task to meet the deadline.

You will need also to identify and develop opportunities to grow our business profitability. You will assist with the principal in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies (including monthly public seminar), designing promotional programs and assist the Principal in developing the referrer network to achieve target sales level.

To be successful in this important role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification within Commerce, Business, Marketing or Public Relation
- Prior experience in sales, marketing or credit officer is preferred
- Excellent people and relationship skills with a very strong customer service mindset
- Ability to develop a strong knowledge of market condition and functional knowledge in accounting, tax and home loan to be able to effectively communicate with the clients.
- Written and verbal communication skills of high order required to interact with a wide range of people and teams
- Well developed presentation skills and an ability to modify to match target client needs.

It would be advantageous if you are able to speak in Chinese.
