I am offering one fully furnished private room for rent, looking for a friendly, clean and responsible housemate who wants a house that’s a home. Ideally an oversea doctor with a good work/life balance and sunny outlook on life.
The room for rent is located upstairs allowing for plenty of privacy. Your bed room is furnished with a bed, includes a desk and chair, built in wardrobe and another new wardrobe. Linen, bedding and towels can also be provided if necessary.
Sorry no smoking. My place does have a dishwasher to make it easy, washing machine, and fridge available as well as a microware. Sorry no pets.
Bus stop 2 mins walking time, 5 minutes to train station and main shopping centre.
Rental period：long term
Rental：$250/w (include utilities fees and internet）
