Duties and Responsibilities

Assess clients on the eligibility and requirements for their visa across a range of visa types including skilled migration, employer sponsored, partner, parent, student, working holiday, tourist etc. as well as citizenship applications and applications for review
Engage clients from initial consultation to visa grant
Prepare submission materials and other relevant documents for clients for their visa applications
Liaise with the Department of Immigration where necessary on behalf of clients
Comply with Registered Migration Agents Code of Conduct
Create and maintain client relationships
Maintain up to date knowledge of migration law, practice and policy
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane

Skills and Experience

Be registered with MARA
Be a Registered Migration Agent with at least 3 years of proven experience
Capable in using LEAP migration manager experience essential and other online tools
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Presentable verbal and written communication skills
English and Mandarin (preferable) speaking
Attention to details and focus on delivering outstanding customer service
