One spacious single room for rent, with your own bathroom!


My name is Lee. I am in my mid 20s and graduated from USYD about 2 years ago. I am currently an Engineer working full time from 9am to 5pm. So I will only be home during night time and weekend.


The apartment is nearly brand new and will be equipped with all new furnitures(4k TV, fast Internet, nice sofa and dining table) which I just purchased. Your room will be furnished with a double bed and study table which are not shown on the photos yet.


There will only be 2 people living in this place including you and myself. I am looking for some who's clean, quiet, friendly and hopefully doesn't do excessive cooking.


Personally I enjoy playing tennis, bushwalking, swimming and going to gym normally twice a week. It is about $8 a week to join the community sports membership which includes gym pass, swimming pool and tennis courts.
