We are looking for individuals that have the ability to provide a high level of service. Your day to day responsibilities will include:


Rental Open for Inspections

Lease Sign-Ups

Lease Preparation

Rental Enquiries - Phone & Email

Application & Reference Checks

Handle Ingoing & Outgoing Inspections




Skills & Experience

1-2 years leasing experience is preferred but not essential, a positive attitude and an open mind to new ideas is the key to your success. Previous sales experience is a must!


Speak Fluent Chinese & English

Certificate of Registration in Real Estate

Your Own Car & License

Have Strong Attention to Detail

Be Well Presented

Have Exceptional Communication Skills

Excellent Administration and Support Experience
