Can you take a brief, create a visual experience with your graphic design and free hand sketch skills and bring an idea to life? Can you back this up with the ability to deliver all aspects of your design – logistically, operationally and aesthetically? Are you already a highly accomplished event stylist with client management experience who enjoys working in a team?

We are looking for talented Event Designers | Stylists to join our creative team on a casual, part time or full time basis to work alongside our planning team in enhancing client weddings and events and driving revenue through inspiring wedding and event design.

These are some of your responsibilities:
♣ Collaborate in the creative development of wedding and event design, including highlighting trends and thought leadership and sharing this within our company;
♣ Demonstrate and promotion of event designs to clients alongside our planning team or directly with the client as appropriate;
♣ Ensure accurate equipment specifications and product availability when quoting event designs;
♣ Ensure follow-up of estimate and clarification of details within agreed time frames;
♣ Excellent customer service and follow up;
♣ Produce and present styling and design proposals; sourcing relevant materials, equipment and suppliers; and provide to internal team or directly to the client the overall styling quotations;
♣ Prepare briefs and then lead & supervise a team onsite of multiple suppliers and involved parties in the setup of the event;
♣ Assist in the marketing material design and development of Lily Infusion Weddings & Events branding and reputation.

You will be experienced in:
⎫ Proven design ability and skills using a variety of software platforms (including PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) and free hand sketching;
⎫ Event styling and design;
⎫ Highly sensible to colour combinations;
⎫ Visual merchandising experience favourable
⎫ Proposal writing and presentation;
⎫ Project management & delivery;
⎫ Live events;
⎫ Excellent communication skills and client relationship;
⎫ Financial management skills, sound understanding of cost control and budgeting;
⎫ Strong Microsoft office skills, excel, word, power point and outlook;
⎫ Effective negotiation skills;
⎫ Outstanding time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
⎫ Able to work after hours and weekends (when necessary) and attend client events
⎫ Ability to lead a team to deliver your design and vision onsite
⎫ Bilingual languages (English and Chinese) preferable;
