This long established company at SEVEN HILL in the import, export, wholesale and retail industry also it has sister company who does the taxation and accounting. We are small yet successful, stable, and have a great company/team culture.
This is a fantastic role that allows you to be hands on across various aspects of the business. You will be taking controlled of overseas suppliers. You'll become a real part of the business and your skills will be highly motivated.
This role includes, but is not limited to:
• Daily banking;
• Bank statement reconciliation (Monthly)
• Accounts Receivable and debtor management;
• Accounts Payable (payments weekly and monthly, reconciling creditor's statements);
• Cash flow;
• Payroll (super and other statutory requirements);
• Completion of BAS;
• Produce P&L reports;
• General office management duties.
• Tax returns Individual and company.
Our ideal candidate:
• Is honest, hard working, and able to interact well with customers and other staff;
• Has some experience in bookkeeping and general office management. Experience in import and export, wholesale and retail would be a bonus
• Has strong MYOB knowledge;
• Can speak Chinese language (Mandarin)
