You don't need to certificate your working experience. Just prepare two referees, at least one of them was your supervisor, ensuring they really knew about you. And you should contact with them before you list them in your resume, list the name, title, relationship with you in work, contact (tel, fax, email, company post address). Employer would prefer company reception's telephone, but not just the referee's mobilephone. In addition, if your referee cann't understand English, please mention in your resume.
The agent or employer may call your referee talking about their commends on you, or they will send a list of questions to your referees. Generally, if two referees are all in the same company, they are probably just interview one of the two referees. |
