费了好多力气, 居然收到这样一份合同.
试用期6个月, 要开你就给一周通知.
而且离职1年之内, 不能从事和公司业务相同的工作.

For a period of twelve months, nine months and six months, after the termination of employment with Eclipse for any reason, the employee agrees not to engage in direct contact with any of Eclipses' prospects, customers, clients or employees, without prior consent from the Eclipse Chief Executive Officer.
The employee agrees that during the course of his/her employment with Eclipse, he/she will not engage in any form of employment or to carry on any business activity as an employee, agent, shareholder or company officer, that is similar to or competitive with that of Eclipse and he/she will not for his or her personal benefit or for the benefit of a third party:
•        directly or indirectly accept for any position of employment with any entity whose products and services are similar to or competitive with those of Eclipse, or
•        offer to provide services to any client or competitor of Eclipse, or
•        receive any personal commissions or payments from clients, prospective clients or suppliers of Eclipse.
For a period of three months following the termination of the employee’s employment for any reason, the employee will not accept for any position with any person or legal entity that is in the business of supplying computer software and services that are similar to or competitive with the computer software and services supplied by Eclipse without the written approval of Eclipse’s Chief Executive Officer, such approval not being unreasonably refused

IT, 听说使人很狠.

In regards to AAA, I have a number of people that left AAA recently, they get their pound of flesh, by that I mean they work you pretty hard. if I was asked to work for them, would consider somewhere else first.

Always negotiable I think.
Have them change the contract terms.

一般3个月试用吧,试用期内开人给一个星期通知。这个好象惯例

看起来是个consulting 公司。

我现在的合同也有这些,上一份也有。

两个公司都有一点需要保密的“核心技术”---S**T actually.

this kind of contract is very common in the market especially for the consulting company

看起来好像是做项目的,没有产品。这种公司对Developer用的比较狠
