lifetime health cover （终身医疗保险计划）到底是什么有什么作用？？
就是那个31岁前脚可免交2%的年费那个。。
是保什么的？住院免费？还是保手术什么的？？
有必要买吗？只是一个人？要交多少钱啊？
如果我已经有家庭的私人保险那是不是重复了买了？？

不是每年2%,是如果你不买hospital cover，到你n岁的时候，你如果决定要买hospital cover，你需要多付(n-30)×2%

连续买10年，就可以不买hospital cover了

私人保险必须是包含hospital cover的，否则不算在LHC里面的

关于10年，这句话没看懂，楼上的帮解释一下，啥叫as long as you retain your hospital cover：
Once you have paid a LHC loading on your private hospital insurance for 10 continuous years, the loading is removed as long as you retain your hospital cover.

If you haven't bought Hospital Cover when you turned 31, then you decided you want to buy private insurance when you are n year old
you will have to pay (n-30)*0.02*cost of cover extra every year.
If you keep your private insurance until you turned n+9, when you n+10, you don't need to pay any extra any more.

LHC于你个人是一个限制,跟有没有用无关.
大概就是澳洲政府为了减轻政府在医疗方面的负担而制定的一个政策.
基本上就是要个人31岁后买hospital cover.extra cover不算.
假如你年轻的话就最好买.过了31岁后的第一个7月,就要每年加2%.
你的家庭私保假如是含hospital cover的就不用另外再买了.
