中介说以下地方需要修理

Large water mark on the loungeroom ceiling, tenant is concerned as she has noticed it is getting bigger.

The plate on top of the wood heater flu in the back room has fallen off.

The light in the hallway will only work sometimes, tenant has replaced the globe several times.

The hot water pressure is very slow.

如果让中介找人修，他们会先提供修理的报价吗？
不知道保险cover 不？
那我自己找人修，需要找什么人来修阿？plumber？

The hot water pressure is very slow. - plumber. (did u ask the tenant to turn on the water tape completely? the one which connect the water heater)

Large water mark on the loungeroom ceiling, tenant is concerned as she has noticed it is getting bigger. - i think your roof is leaking.... some handyman can do.... but i fixed one before.... not work.... at the end i sealed the roof.
