Key Selection Criteria
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are a must
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Social Media and general computer based tasks.
•Use of initiative and mulch tasking
•The ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and to deadlines
•Demonstrating a pleasant, obliging and helpful manner to colleagues and external parties
Duties & Responsibilities
• Development, production and execution of all e-marketing campaign components.
• Assisting for the website information update, social media pages, branding and e-newsletters.
• Co-ordination of articles, advertising and print materials
• Critically analyzing and researching data for the purpose of understanding brand performance, identifying brand growth opportunities then developing and executing successful targeted on-line marketing campaigns.
• Providing direct administrative support to the sales team.
Answering incoming calls, processing mail.
Providing administrative support to management and sales team where required
Other project or administrative work as required
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, your remuneration package will reflect your experience.
