679 visa for brother - urgent help request!!!

I applied 679 visa for my brother 1 month ago, however, his employer gone to bankrupt after we submitted forms 2wks later, he works in property sales agent, this is just an accident, which makes us very worried about this application.
we submitted his leave form, bank statement (just 30k RMB), also some other complusory documents.

Should i contact visa officer to report this? we don't want visa getting refused, my brother may come here for study next year, this maybe got bad effect for study visa if refused.

Any suggestion?????

打电话去问进度，探探口风。我老爸的679一个礼拜就下了，说不定你brother的签证已经在路上了。。

they might call the employer to check your brother's employment status. but not very sure of this.

I call them every week, i don't even get a file number from them!
they just say currently they got lots of cases, many people come for holidays, weddings..... worry ing .....

That's why, i'm not sure if i should report this to them.

And i know my case is rare, not many people got same situantion like this.

Any expert can give me some suggestions?

请问 679材料都准备好了，可以直接拿去移民局吗？还是要寄的专门的地方去。

It seems ok to bring over to process center, but I'm not sure about it.

I just got immi letter today, 679 Visa has been refused by officer, only way to review the case is Tribunal.
Any one have similar experience?
