今天又遇见Paypal骗局警惕！

昨天才上网发布的信息，今天就有两个鬼老名字的人联系我说很感兴趣。一开始我警惕性不强还和他们介绍物品的情况，后来惊奇的发现这两个人都好称自己无法上门取货由于比较远，建议Paypal转账，死活要Paypal很爽快比我要价告三倍偶就发现不对劲。脑子被门夹坏了也不会高价买你那二手货，老外的脑子也太naive.不过话说回来第一个我差点中招因为他和我讨价还价我之前也很快在网上成功卖过东西，这第二个傻得不可思议才让我识破第一个骗子。

一下纯属猜测。。。。。。。。。
先paypal买下。
再投诉，冻结账户，要求全额退款。
如果你要退货还得给他 付运费。运费他收到了货也不退。连运费一起吃了。
。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

嗯。我有个阿塞拜疆的客户买了货。then 投诉质量问题，要求退款。也不知道货是否真有问题。anyway，我全额退款了。可是要他帮退货还得付他12刀邮费。算了这货我就当扔水里了。

I just want to inform you that i have just completed the payment and i hope you must have been notified in your email about the payment i made through PayPal, you can check your e-mail for confirmation of payment, I have just make the payment of $2549,i added $550 which i paid through paypal, So kindly wire the sum of $500 to the shipping company via western union so they can be able to come for the pick up and also paypal said they won't release the funds until they get the western union information from you due to the fact that i emailed them about the excess payment i made. I will need you to send the $500 to the pick up shipping company Headquarters where they normally confirm any commission payment to via western union money transfer(this can be done from the post office
or online at www.westernunion.com.au as they usually have a western union agent there) , i added extra $50 to cover the western union charge ,


Here is the pick up shipping company Headquarter info needed to get the money sent through western union money transfer

大概就是叫你到西联转钱给他，他人在国外blahblahblah...

总之就是白痴得很不靠谱，还起个名字叫麦当劳！这些伎俩对于从小对各种骗术耳濡目染的我们根本小菜一碟。偶就是陪他玩，本来以为他们还真会叫人来pick up, 想着如果是的话就给他个funeral 的地址耍他一把，看他到底想干啥。

如果是这种情况，可以邮寄

1.交易在EBAY 内完成
2.PAYPAL PAYMENT COMPLETED
3.邮寄方式有PROOF OF POSTAGE，单上要有收件人，也就是PAYPAL PAYMENT 上那个付款人的地址和姓名。要一致

如果是骗子，最后是PAYPAL埋单，你钱照收。

我也收到一封骗人的，他要我PAYPAL付款，说自己很忙很远，人又在海外，手机信号又不好，（我试了几次，根本打不通），由速递公司取货，我说我没有PAYPAL帐户也不常在网上卖东西，不值得为一次性的交易开PAYPAL，他就再也没联系了。发来给有经验的同学看看是不是假的。

You can now send me your PayPal email so i can pay in right away and also include your address in your reply.If you don't have a paypal account, you can easily set up one...log on to www.paypal.com.au and sign up its very easy... i would have loved to talk to you on phone but i work mainly offshore, our phone is down on the rig right now due to bad weather, that was why i sent you a text, i even wonder how my message deliver to your phone but for now we can only communicate through the same mailing channel.await your reply asap.

骗子至少还是很聪明，能蒙骗别人的，

老外这种，只能叫癞子！ 澳洲的Ebay和Gumtree，就是被这些癞子，活活给搞得乌烟瘴气了，

还好多国人说老外诚信呢。。。
