在DIMA申请程序上有几句话不太明白，请大家帮忙翻译：
1.You also must provide evidence of change of name(if applicable).This
would include a Marriage Certificate or a Deed Poll notice.
意思是不是：如果已婚的话又有改过姓名的情况，才需要提供结婚证书，否则就不要呢。

2.Applicants applying under Skills Assessment may also be requested by
the Assessor to provide the Project Report(8KB-doc)  the assessor's
discretion.

3.Credit card payment will not be acceptable in this instance.
  Credit card payment 与用Credit card支付有什么不同？

4.Please do not send orginals,as liabilitiy cannot be accepted for original
documents.
Photocopies or faxed copies of certified documents are not acceptable.
前一句是说不接受原件，后一句，怎么变成不接受复印件了，真是不明白？

有关评估费用递交问题的段落：
Credit card

他要得是公正的原件

他不要原件，他要你去做公证，要公证的原件。 JP是澳洲的，如果你在澳洲你可以找JP做公证，实际就他给你签个字。
