Graphic Designer – FXGS Sydney (Closing Date: 29 April 2011)



An excitingopportunity exists for a suitably qualified Graphic Designer to join our designservices team based Abbotsleigh School for Girls in Wahroonga.
Flexibility is akey requirement of the role, as it may also develop into a cross-site position.The role reports to Client Services Manager.

Working within a small and busy team as a senior graphicdesigner; you will be responsible for design from concept to completion and themanagement of the production process. You will work on a variety of print-basedmaterials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations and publications.

Requirements:

A minimum of three years industry experience
·
Tertiary qualification in visual communication orgraphic designer.
·
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite CS4/5
·
Strongimage manipulation and illustration skills
·
Media development experience
·
Advanced photography skills and knowledge
·
Highly organised with a positive, can do attitude
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,time management skills and attention to detail
·
Interest in multimedia and digital signage
·
Understanding of brand guidelines
·
High level understanding of typography
·
Experienced in Web Design
·
An understanding of HTML and CSS
·
Must be proficient in organising print element
·
Ability to work with an onsite team in both printand design.
·
Knowledge of Campaign Connect advantageous


To succeed in thisrole, you will be creative, hard working and flexible, and have experience in ahigh-demand environment working intimately with clients.

Field Logistics Coordinator


Supply Chain – Mascot NSW (Closing Date: 6thMay 2011)



Weare currently seeking applications for the position of Field LogisticsCoordinator reporting to Planning Manager – field logistics, in the SupplyChain division.
This role is based at Mascot.


The focus of this role isto provide focal point support to service organization, dealers, global servicesites regarding parts sourcing and replenishment. Also provide logistics supportfor optimum inventory across all Fuji Xerox Australia stock locations. Thisrole is key in identifying and taking actions to improve Supply Chain operationsservice level.

Keyresponsibilities:
·
Provide a Hot line service to Customer ServiceOperation (CSO), Dealers and Global Services sites operation to resolve anyqueries or problem with parts or consumables supply.
·
Source parts if not available locally, raisecannibalisation requests and ensure parts are supplied in a timely manner
·
Focal point to spare parts warehouse for urgentreceiving, report critical parts supply issues and work closely with Planners,Analysts and Distribution staff to ensure corrective actions are in place.
·
Coordinate stock takes annually for Engineer Vans,Customer Sites, Global Services Sites, Dealers and District Stores. Recovery ofany excess stock from field and reporting of results and progress.
·
Work closely with CSO, distribution staff, productspecialists, product managers and planners to improve safety stock holdingprocesses.
·
Manage vans, customer sites, dealers, districtstores and regional distribution centres replenishment processes and ERP systemparameters are update. Participate in planning of Van, Valet and Site stock onneed basis.
·
Create /retire stock rooms on request, issue /remove van and site kits. Communicate changes to kits and coordinate therecovery of recalled van kit parts back to store.
·
Monitor excess stock level in field, includingin-transit stock and high values items and initiate corrective actionsaccordingly.
·
Manage the faulty return parts process to ensurefaulty on receive part returned to Eco-manufacturing operation or fieldlogistics for warranty claim to supplier.


Thesuccessful candidate will demonstrate the following:
·
Customerfocus, ability to identify issues and follow through with resolution ofproblems.
·
Attention to detail, accurate withanalytical skills.
·
Ability to organise and manage workdeliverables to enable timely completion of tasks.
·
Ability to work effectively andproductively with multiple functional teams.
·
Good written and effective verbalcommunication skills.
·
Generalknowledge in using ERP systems.
·
Knowledgein using Microsoft Office Excel and Access database to produce reports.
·
1 – 2years experience in a supply chain role or call centre operation
·
Understandingof Supply Chain operation or Customer Service processes preferred.

An exciting opportunity exists in Global Services for a suitablyqualified candidate in this position based in North Ryde. The Marketing ProgramSpecialist is accountable for implementation and management of the servicedevelopment strategy, delivery and market development in consultation with theMarketing Program Manager. The Communication Services program encompasses CreativeServices, Dynamic Content Publishing and CampaignConnect. This role will report to Marketing Program Manager.


Specific accountabilities include:
  • Implementing and managing service development for each Line of     Service (LOS) which supports a segment of the FXGS targets and key “go to market” strategy,
  • Support the achievement of the right financial outcomes for FXGS
  • Contributing to market growth and client acquisition to increase     FXGS market penetration,
  • Continuous review and improvement of business processes, customer     insight and experience, efficiency and effectiveness, and overall service     and solutions value proposition.
  • Work with marketing communications to provide direction on LOS     promotional initiatives to drive service awareness and generate leads




In order to be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Business to     Business Marketing Management i.e product lifecycle management, marketing program development and business to business     marketing communications and promotions development,
  • Demonstrated experience in developing     marketing strategy for existing and evolving lines of service,
  • Experience gained in a large     sales-focused corporate environment,
  • An in-depth management understanding of a     solutions sales approach,
  • Leadership and change     management track record,
  • A flair for developing     strategy for increasing ROI across the program
  • Preferable: Experience in     outsourcing environment, Background in communications (i.e. Creative and     Design, Direct mail, Electronic communications)
