只用你妈妈的名字买保险，其它regular/frequent driver 谁也不要填

A regular driver might be anyone who you expect to drive your car more than once during your policy period.

10. You haven’t told your insurance company that your live-in girlfriend drives your car.

Insurance companies hate it when you “forget” to tell them about a driver who lives with you or regularly uses your car. Insurers can’t charge you correctly if they don’t know about all licensed household members, including a girlfriend or spouse.

If you recently got married or moved in with someone, let the insurance company know immediately and have the person added to your policy as a driver. If you fail to do so, don’t be surprised if claims are denied if they cause an accident, or if you’re asked to pay back premiums based on the additional driver.

If your car insurance company believes you were intentionally hiding the driver – say your girlfriend has a bad driving record -- then it may say you committed fraud by means of misrepresentation. That means your car insurance company can cancel your policy.

Which drivers must be listed on my car insurance policy?
With Budget Direct, you must list any household members (including learner, provisional and occasional drivers) who may drive the car. Unlisted household members won’t be covered.
Any non-household members who are not excluded drivers (e.g. due to age restrictions) are automatically covered. If you list them on your policy, you’ll avoid having to pay the unlisted driver excess (other excesses may apply).

If an unlisted driver gets in an accident, and you have given them permission to drive, you'll probably have to pay your standard excess as well as an additional unlisted driver excess in the region of $2,000. Other policies however, will void your car insurance if a driver isn't listed. You should always check with your provider as to how listed and unlisted drivers are taken into account.

While CTP car insurance provides protection regardless of who is driving your car, some will only cover the drivers nominated on your policy. Some unlisted driver exclusions include no cover for damage, loss or liability arising out of the use of your car:

By any household member not listed on your car insurance certificate
If your car has an age restriction to help reduce your premiums
By anyone driving your car without your permission, unless reported to the police

够了，足够以偏概全了。我说的非常明确啊，绝大多数保险公司没这个要求。你看看，racv,allianz,hollard,blue zebra,ial,cgu,qbe,cgu,vero等等，有这个要求吗。

事故这个东西不好说，十多年不出事故，但是倒霉的时候可能一年两次谁也说不清楚。

所以说保险还是要买的，必须买的

根据我的经历就是，需要无事故的年限越来越长，一开始是2年，目前好像4年了吧，记不清了。反正有事故，不管谁的错误，费用都显著提高，至于年龄的影响，不是很清楚。
