Due to continued growth, we are seeking an astute Property Manager, who excels in all aspects of property management.  As an experienced Property Manager you will have a passion for exceeding your clients' expectations and be goal and system focused.  The successful applicant will be responsible for managing their own portfolio and be a proactive and efficient self-starter.



Essential criteria for success in this role include:

· Holding an "agent representative certificate"  

· A highly motivated and positive "can do" attitude

· Excellent presentation ability, written and verbal communication skills

· An ability to develop productive long-term relationships with clients

· Ability to work in and drive a performance based culture

· Excellent computer skills – Console experience preferred

· High level of competency in negotiation

· Great organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

· Must speak fluent English and Mandarin Chinese

· A strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.

Salary - $55,000 - $65,000
