Role: Personal Assistant

Salary Level: $41,000 Annually Plus Bonus
About Us:
BOWRAIN CONSUTLING is well established Education and Immigration consultancy. Our specialty is to deal with all types of migration issues, assist individuals to study and work in Australia through a variety of Visa Streams.
About the role:
We are experiencing rapid growth and currently looking for energetic full-time migration and education assistants. You will be assisting the company’s migration agents and have a chance to work in the business including education, migration and accounting.
Your Role will include:
• Daily Office Management
• Assisting Migration Agents with clients in dealing with Australian and International immigration issues.
• Assisting Migration Agents with application form drafting, application preparation and lodgement.
• Liaising with Employers, Skill Assessing Agencies, State Sponsoring Bodies, Home Affairs and Migration Review Tribunal.
• Ensuring up to date and accurate reports are maintained
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
Reliable and Confident
Ability to take instructions and learn efficiently
Full time working visa
Previous experience working in education and migration industry is preferred (but not essential).
